What is the difference between yellow, orange, and red lenses?

  • Yellow: Ideal for daytime and office environments with a lot of artificial light. They reduce fatigue without significantly altering colors.

  • Orange: Block more blue light than yellow and prepare the body for rest.

  • Red: Maximum protection for deep night (1-2 hours before sleep). They block 100% of blue and green light, optimizing melatonin production.

Can I use them if I don't have a prescription? Yes, our glasses are designed as therapeutic non-prescription filters. Their purpose is to protect your visual health from blue light emitted by screens (mobile phones, computers, TV) and LED lights.

What does my order include? We want your Velarvision to last a long time. That's why every order includes: a rigid protective case, a microfiber pouch, and a specialized cleaning cloth.

📦 SHIPPING AND RETURNS

How long does my order take to arrive? For shipments within the Peninsula, the delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. For the Balearic and Canary Islands, it usually takes between 5 and 8 days.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Peninsula: Free for orders over 60€.

  • Balearic Islands: 15.00€.

  • Canary Islands: 40.00€ (includes outbound customs procedures).

Can I return my glasses if I'm not satisfied? Yes, you have 14 days to return the product. It is essential that the glasses are returned in their original condition along with the complete pack (case, pouch, and cleaner).

🌙 USAGE

How should I clean my lenses? Always use the microfiber cloth included in the pack. Avoid using harsh chemical products or kitchen paper, as they could damage the filtering treatment of the lens.
